Our client a well respected international construction company with excellent projects and a growing pipeline is looking for a Commercial Manager for their Lesotho operations.
Job Purpose:
To lead the commercial function of the branch by developing and implementing robust strategies to
maximize profitability, manage risks, and ensure effective contract management. The Senior
Commercial Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning commercial operations with business
objectives, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while fostering strong client and
stakeholder relationships.
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Professional accreditation is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial management role within the civil engineering or construction industry.
Proven experience managing complex contracts and large-scale projects.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, JBCC).
Demonstrable leadership and team management experience.
